Edit your listing

Update your business's name, pitch, contact channels, opening hours, and amenities from My businesses.

Body

Once you are linked to a business, as its owner, manager, or staff, you can keep its listing up to date yourself from My businesses. Correct details bring more travellers and fewer wasted calls.

  1. Sign in and open My businesses from your account menu.
  2. Next to the business, select Edit.
  3. Change what you need: Business name, One-line pitch (shown on your card in the directory), Contact channels, Opening hours, Amenities, languages spoken, practical details, and Language ATIS should write to you in.
  4. Select Save changes.
  5. Read the message at the top: it lists the changes applied immediately and the changes sent for review.

Good to know

  • Most changes are checked quickly by ATIS staff before they appear. You can see each one, with the current and the proposed values, under My submissions, and Withdraw it while it is waiting.
  • Changing a verified number or address resets it to unverified, and may lower your verification level until ATIS checks it again. See How ATIS verifies businesses.
  • The part marked Managed by ATIS cannot be edited here: your verification level and your listing tier change only through ATIS.
  • The location on the map is not on this form. To ask for a change, use Report a problem with this page on your business page.
  • For languages spoken, write the codes separated by commas, for example: fa, ps, en.
  • Language ATIS should write to you in is the language of the inquiries and messages ATIS sends you.
  • To add photos, use Add a photo on your business page. They are reviewed like any other photo.
