Manage notifications and unsubscribe

ATIS sends you notifications about your account, your stories and photos, your businesses, your inquiries, and your trips. You see them in your ATIS inbox, and many also arrive by email. You choose which ones you want.

1. Sign in and open Notifications from your account menu.
2. Select Open on a notification to read it and follow its link, or use Mark as read, Mark all as read, or Dismiss.
3. Select Notification preferences.
4. For each kind of notification under Tell me when, tick or clear In your ATIS inbox and By email.
5. Select Save preferences.
6. To stop one kind of email quickly, open the unsubscribe link at the bottom of that email and confirm on the Unsubscribe page.

Good to know

• Notifications marked Always on cannot be switched off: messages about your account's security, decisions on your own business, and the important messages about a trip booking, such as invoices and confirmations.
• Some notifications are collected into one daily email instead of one email each.
• Emails come in your language where a translation exists.
• Unsubscribing from a notification email does not change the newsletter, and the newsletter link does not change your notifications. See Subscribe to the newsletter.
• Read notifications are cleared from your inbox automatically after some time.
