Claim an existing listing

Many businesses are listed on ATIS from our own research. If you own or manage one of them, claim the listing. Once your claim is approved, you can edit the listing, and ATIS forwards inquiries to you.

1. Sign in, or create an account.
2. Open your business's page and find Is this your business? The Listing reference next to it identifies the listing.
3. Select Claim this listing.
4. Choose Your role: Owner or Manager.
5. Under How can we verify you?, choose Business email address, Phone callback, Document, Social media account, or In person.
6. In Details, explain how we can check, for example: "Call the listed number and ask for me by name." Add your Phone number.
7. Select Submit claim.

What happens next

• ATIS staff check your evidence.
• We may call the business on its listed number.
• Once the claim is approved, you can edit the listing from My businesses, and the listing is raised to Owner confirmed (a listing that is already ATIS verified keeps that level).

Good to know

• You can follow your claim under My claims in My businesses.
• You can have only one pending claim for the same business. If you already have access, the page tells you so.
• Claiming is free. It cannot be bought or sped up with a payment.
• If you cannot prove the link yet, but the listing is wrong, use Report a problem with this page on the business page.
