Report a problem on a page

Tell ATIS when a page is out of date, wrong, or offensive, or when a place or business has closed.

Body

ATIS dates and checks its pages, but things change quickly. If you see something wrong, a report goes straight to the ATIS editors with the page attached. You do not need an account.

  1. At the bottom of the page, select Report a problem with this page.
  2. Under What's the problem?, choose Outdated information, Incorrect information, This place or business has closed, Offensive content, or Other.
  3. In Details, say what is wrong. If you can, say what is right and how you know.
  4. Fill in Your email (optional) only if you would like us to tell you when it is fixed.
  5. Select Send report.

Good to know

  • Reports are read by ATIS staff. They are never published.
  • Every page shows when it was last verified, and a freshness label: Fresh, Aging, Review due, or Stale. A page marked Review due or Stale is already waiting for a check, but your report helps us put it first.
  • A report is not a message to a business. To reach a business, see Contact a business.
  • To tell us how an inquiry to a business went, use Tell us how an inquiry went.
  • If you own a business and your own listing is wrong, you can correct most of it yourself. See Edit your listing.
